Returns Policy for Print Magazine Purchases in the UK

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a print magazine within 14 days from the date you receive the magazine without providing any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for print magazines under the following conditions:

The magazine is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You received the wrong magazine.

You exercised your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the magazine, provided it remains in its original, unopened condition.

3. Damaged or Defective Magazines:

If you receive a damaged or defective magazine, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist in processing your return. Once confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the magazine or offer a replacement or refund.

4. Receiving the Wrong Magazine:

If you receive the wrong magazine, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct magazine to be sent to you and may ask you to return the incorrect magazine using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.

5. Right to Cancel:

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the magazine. You must return the magazine in its original, unopened condition. You are responsible for the return shipping cost in this case. Once we receive the magazine and confirm its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any original shipping charges. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned magazine.
